Get ready for one of Dunstable’s biggest summer events as Party in the Park returns on Saturday 18 July at Grove House Gardens, Dunstable (LU6 1NF). Running from 12 noon until 8 pm, this free family event promises a full day of live music, entertainment and activities for all ages.
The day will begin with performances from talented local community groups and artists, giving visitors the chance to enjoy a fantastic mix of music, dance and live entertainment. Acts taking to the stage include The Pad, The Aspects, Avenida, The Meerkats, MEGZ, Queensway Karaoke and Dubafrique, bringing plenty of energy and variety throughout the afternoon.
As the day goes on, the excitement builds with three big headline acts. Black Lace will take to the stage at 4.30 pm, followed by Leigh Francis’ Record Club at 5.40 pm, before the evening rounds off with N-Trance at 7.15 pm.
There is much more to enjoy than just the music. Families can explore the Under 16s KidZone, join the K-Pop Party, test their skills on Penrose’s climbing wall, relax in the chillout area, engage in storytelling, enjoy the funfair and so much more. For those who love shopping, Middle Row Markets will return for the second year with 25 stalls open from 12 noon to 7 pm, offering a range of unique items and local goods.
Food and drink will also be available throughout the day, with a bar and food concessions on site, making it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Visitors are encouraged to bring along chairs, blankets and a picnic to make the most of this free community celebration. With an accessible viewing platform, a large screen and entertainment for everyone, Party in the Park is set to be a fantastic day out for the whole family.
