The Stories Behind The Headstones

Come along to West Street Cemetery and “meet” some of the people who’ve been buried there since it was opened in the 1830’s; hear about their lives and those of some of their notable relatives. There’s something for everyone, touching tributes, notable Dunstablians, a murder victim and a redoubtable wartime woman. There will be names you will know and national stories you will never have heard.

A walk for all ages, it is full of lives and stories which will stay with you long after the walk is over.
