This is a paid event to help cover staffing, supervision, cleaning and operational costs associated with opening the Splash Park outside of its regular season. All dogs must be accompanied by a responsible owner at all times.
The safety and wellbeing of all dogs and owners is our top priority. By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your dog(s) and ensure they remain under your immediate control at all times. Dogs should be within sight, sound and easy reach of their owner or handler throughout the session. If your dog becomes overwhelmed or overexcited, please allow them a timeout to help prevent behaviours from escalating.
- Each dog must wear a collar or lightweight harness and be accompanied by its owner or handler. At least one person aged 18 or over must remain within the Splash Park with the dog at all times.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead when not in the water and remain the responsibility of their owner or handler at all times.
- Please clean up after your dog and dispose of any waste in the bins provided.
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated and at least 10 months old to participate.
- The event is not suitable for bitches in season.
- Any dog displaying signs of aggression or that is not under effective voice control must leave the Splash Park immediately.
- All dogs attending should be friendly, sociable, well-mannered and comfortable around both people and other dogs.
- Owners are encouraged to bring drinking water for their dogs, particularly during warm weather.
Careful monitoring and responsible supervision are essential to ensuring a safe, enjoyable and positive experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us create a fun environment where dogs can play, socialise and enjoy their final splash of the season.
