Upcoming Meetings
Much of the business of the Council is delegated to 3 main Committees. Each year the Council calls a meeting of all electors of the Parish of Dunstable between 1 March and 1 June, the Town Meeting. The Town Mayor presides at this meeting (or in his/her absence, the Deputy Town Mayor).
Agendas for all meetings can be accessed on the Council’s website one week before the scheduled meeting. Agendas can also be found on posted on the noticeboard outside Grove House before the meeting.
Meetings are held at Grove House, 76 High Street North, Dunstable, LU6 1NF (unless stated otherwise) and members of the public are encouraged to attend meetings.
Residents are welcome to speak to councillors at the start of any meeting on any subject relevant to the council or committee agenda. If you are intending raise a question, it is helpful if you let us know beforehand to give councillors a chance to prepare an informed answer. Dunstable Town Council Committees
Meetings will be filmed by the Council and broadcast live and will be capable of repeated viewing. If you are seated in the Council Chamber it is likely that the cameras will capture your image. By your presence you are deemed to consent to be filmed, and to the use of those images and sound recordings for webcasting or training purposes.
If you address the committee in person or via Teams, your contribution will be recorded and broadcast, unless this is during a private session, as permitted by the Access to Information provisions.
