Restoration to Undercroft is currently taking place, and unfortunately the tea rooms, exhibition space and Jacobean Room are all closed to the public until further notice. Priory House is still open, but are only serving a light lunch option with designated setting in our gift shop area.

Visit Priory House and experience a traditional Tea Rooms overlooking the stunning Priory Gardens.

Open from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm daily (closed on Sunday)

Last orders 4.15 pm for drinks and 3.45 pm for food.

There are currently repairs taking place to our stunning and historic Undercroft. This means there is limiting the number of tables available, but the tea rooms is still open.

If we can accommodate a booking then we will, but please understand that this might not be possible.

Priory House Tea Rooms offers a freshly cooked menu inside and outside on the Terrace with range of our popular breakfast/brunch items like eggs benedict and homemade quiches, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, cakes, cream teas and pastries. With the introduction of some lovely Summer salads.

Specialty coffee and a range of herbal and flavoured teas are also available.
