Spring has sprung in Dunstable, and the town is ready with a packed programme of Easter events for families and young people. From creative workshops and activities to community fun and safe nights out for teens, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this, Easter.
Priory House is hosting Easter-themed workshops during the run-up to the Easter holiday. On 27 March, 6 pm to 8 pm, the Easter Cake Decorating Workshop allows participants to decorate their own Easter cake, family sessions £40, adults only £35. Dunstable’s Biggest Under 18s Night takes place on 31 March, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm, at the Dunstable Conference Centre. Open to ages 12 to 17, the event features DJs, interactive photo zones, and a safe festival-style environment, offering teens a fun and memorable night. For more hands-on activities, Bennetts Café & Community Hub are offering a variety of Easter sessions from 12 noon to 3.30 pm during the school break. These sessions are suitable for children aged three to ten (parental supervision required) and include a small charge. Children can get creative with ocean-themed crafts on Tuesday 31 March and 7 April, wooden Easter egg decorating on Wednesday 8 April, Easter crafts on Thursday 2 and 9 April, and tortilla pizza making on Friday 3 and 10 April. Finally, The Quadrant Shopping Centre has a free Easter Fun Day on Wednesday 1 April, from 10 am to 2 pm. Families can enjoy games, face painting, and an Easter egg hunt, all free! It’s a perfect way to shop and have fun while in the town centre.
