Dunstable Town Council is delighted to invite couples, families, and wedding dreamers to a special Wedding Open Day at Grove House on Saturday 14 February, perfectly timed to celebrate Valentine’s Day. This free event will take place from 11 am to 3 pm and offers a first look at an exciting brand-new wedding venue in the very heart of Dunstable. Operated by Dunstable Town Council, Grove House is an elegant Grade II listed 18th-century building that provides an intimate and historic setting for wedding ceremonies, full of character, charm, and romance.
Weddings at Grove House will be available from March 2026, and this open day marks the official reopening of the building as a place where couples can say “I do.” Inside you will find a licensed ceremony room accommodating up to 40 guests, beautifully enhanced with chandeliers and a classic, romantic atmosphere. Outside, the venue is complemented by stunning, manicured gardens that offer a picturesque backdrop for photographs and outdoor ceremonies. Grove House is designed to be flexible and inclusive, offering not only traditional ceremonies but also twilight weddings, outdoor weddings, and smaller, more intimate celebrations for the wedding couple and up to four guests, making it a perfect choice all year round and not just during the summer months.
Adding to the excitement of the day, a wonderful selection of local vendors from Dunstable businesses and Middle Row Markets will be attending to help couples imagine every detail of their special day. Visitors can explore stalls offering flower candles, personalised gifts, cakes, balloons, and other thoughtful wedding touches that can make a celebration truly unique.
There will also be a range of fantastic local food vendors serving delicious meals, snacks, and specialty coffees. Guests are encouraged to visit the car park behind Grove House to enjoy some lunch or a warming drink while soaking up the atmosphere and inspiration.
