During February and March 2023, DTC will be working with Braiser Freeth and Hawkins Group Ltd on the cleaning and repair of gutters and rainwater goods along High Street South.
When rainwater goods are failing the negative impact this can have on buildings can be significant. This can cause damp, water ingress and structural issues, which is why on old buildings it’s really important to ensure this isn’t the case. Dunstable’s HSHAZ Programme are using grant funds to pay for these works which will be completed by 31 March 2023.
