The Welcome Back Fund initiatives are aimed at welcoming back visitors to the town centre. The Welcome Back Fund is a government backed project aimed to help bring people back into the town centre following Covid19. Dunstable Town Council have applied for extra funding to support the February half term events and the return of Middle Row Markets on the 26 March.
Funding has been agreed by Central Bedfordshire Council for the free activities on the 18 and 19 February. Dunstable has its first land train arriving on the 18 February which will take you from Ashton Square on a journey around Priory Park. We have some exciting plans to light up the park and entertain you while on your journey. In keeping with Valentine’s Day, we have a love monitor, selfie area, stilt walkers and a bubble artist. We hope you will join us on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 February for our special love train.
