Let’s all get together and sign up as a Random Act of Kindness Town!

If you own a business, we’re sure at some point you have given out a little extra discount or offered a free item when you have a customer who shops with you regularly, or you can see someone is just having a bad day and deserves a cheer up. We all try to make our customers feel welcome and want the town to be a positive place to shop.

What will this mean?

• The Town Council will promote your business as a Random Act of Kindness business.
• The Random Act can be anything from a free product, to a discount, to a voucher encouraging them to visit again.
• There is also no limit on how many Acts of Kindness you give out!
• When giving the Random Act of Kindness, let the customer know what you have done and why. Then promote on your social media using #DunstableRandomActofKindness. We will share your post, marketing your business to over 10,000 followers.
• Participating businesses will be given a window sticker for being part of the scheme, and be listed on the Town Council’s website.
• Businesses are asked to sign up for a minimum of one year.
