Enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in our historic undercroft or our stunning first floor Jacobean Room overlooking the award winning gardens and Priory Church.
£18.50 per person and £9.50 per child under the age of 12.
Eat
Sample homemade warm savouries followed by a variety of sandwiches, followed by homemade scones with freshly whipped cream and homemade strawberry preserve, remembering to save room for the platter of mouthwatering homemade cakes and slices that’s to follow.

Savouries:- Beef and Stilton Pie (Leek and Stilton for Vegetarian option)
Cherry tomato, Cheddar and Basil quiche
Sandwiches:- Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese

Gammon Ham
Scones:- Plain or Fruit

Sip freshly brewed exclusive Dunstable Tea with a range of over 16 teas to choose from ranging from Black, Green, Fruit Infusions, white Tea’s from bone china tea cups whilst enjoying the magnificent view across the Green Flag Award winning Priory Gardens to the Medieval Priory Church.

Indulge in a crisp glass of sparkling Prosecco for an additional £4.00 per person and make the experience even more memorable.

We do get busier on a Saturday, if you have a date in mind then it is never too early to call us to enquire and book.

Full payment is required on all Afternoon Tea bookings. 48 hours notice required for any cancellations or change of date.

Take your time and enjoy
Afternoon Tea can be taken between 12 noon and 3.00 pm, we don’t want you to be rushed so you table is all yours for the afternoon. However, please remember that our tea rooms close at 4.30 pm, therefore you may wish to make your booking for a littler earlier so you can take your time and enjoy your Afternoon Tea experience with us.
