Starting Salary – £9.00 per hour Living Wage (as determined by the Living Wage Foundation)

Dunstable Town Council is looking for motivated and experienced Community and Young People’s Sessional Workers who are enthusiastic in working with a wide variety of community and youth groups in various settings.

Occasionally based at Grove Corner Young People’s Centre, these posts will support in the delivery of young people’s evening sessions. There will be a requirement to work with the wider community in various locations, in particular during school holidays and some weekends.

The successful candidates will have the ability to work within communities and support our existing youth services. They will assist in identifying new opportunities to meet the changing needs of communities and young people in Dunstable. A knowledge of safeguarding would be desirable but training will be given.
