I have great pleasure in updating you with the new shops that have just opened in Dunstable. The town centre has lots to look forward to and we welcome our new businesses to Dunstable.

Eden Flowers & Gifts are new to Church Street right in the centre of town offering flowers and gifts.  Call them to place an order or pop into the shop to view the flowers and gifts on offer, Tel 01582 966 401. I have had a look at some of the unique flowers on offer and was surprised to see a beautiful birthday cake made from flowers!

I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with James at his new shop in Eleanor’s Cross, Barbz Dunstable. This is james second shop with the first being in Luton. James is very passionate about his new venture in Dunstable offering quality men’s haircuts from his stylists. Booking an appointment or walking in, you will be greeted with a personal experience during your visit.

Archie’s Family Bakery will open in the Quadrant on Saturday 24 September. Matt and Hannah are no strangers to a new venture, from Middle Row Markets to Theo’s Future and now Archie’s Family Bakery. The new bakery will certainly have something for everyone with its extensive gluten free options and vegan products, jacket potatoes and toasties.

Glam Nail Bar in West Street with its distinctive flower wall and astro turf flooring will bring summer vibes to your nail and pedicure appointment. Book an appointment on 07448 953 312 or pop in and see them.

The New Crown and The Nags Head have re-opened their doors and we welcome them back to our High Street.

I wish them all well in their new business ventures and I look forward to working with them all and seeing them grow.  These independents are what make Dunstable’s town centre unique.  Please show your support by paying them all visit and by shopping local.
