Mother’s Day
Firstly, I must share the exciting news that on Thursday 16 March our first Street Food Heroes market will be taking place from 4 pm to 9 pm on The Square. Street food Heroes are a group of independent vendors creating and serving fantastic street food with a mobile bar and a DJ. Come along for a family evening of music, good food and a FREE soft play for the children. We’re sure you’ll enjoy it and what to come back for more, which is why Street Food Heroes will be return throughout the year on every third Thursday of the month.
We have lots of events in March especially around Mother’s Day, so keep a close watch on our Facebook pages for up-to-date information, here are just a few.
The award-winning Middle Row Markets returns for its first market of 2023. Join our local craft and farmer traders to buy your unique gift for ‘Mum’. We also have a FREE craft area for children to make a card and a picture frame, ready for Mother’s Day; as well as offering free daffodils to all children that take part in the crafts as their gift to ‘Mum’ (subject to availability).
On Saturday 18 March Priory House have a mother and child charm bracelet workshop from 5 pm to 8 pm. Come and make a charm and a pair of earrings each and enjoy some creative time together.
