The fully licensed Rose Garden Tea Rooms offer a range of hot meals, paninis, ciabattas, sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, cakes, cream teas, pastries and the Bedfordshire Clanger!! Speciality coffee and a range of herbal and flavoured teas are also available.

Any visit to the tea rooms is greatly enhanced by the wonderful view across the beautifully kept Priory Gardens.  The gardens provide a serene setting for the historically important Priory Church of St. Peter, where the court that annulled the marriage of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon was held.

During warmer months the tea rooms provide an outdoor eating area, on the terrace, at the back of the house. It is also possible to hire hampers and rugs from the Rose Garden Tea Rooms for a picnic on the lawn.

The Rose Garden Tea Rooms are currently open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 4.30pm.

Gift vouchers are now available at Priory House in the Rose Garden Tea Rooms and the Tourist Information Centre.
